About the Author
Dr. S.-M. Mazourik, MD, PhD, is a doctor of medicine, a gastrointestinal surgeon, and a well-known expert in the field of health nutrition. He is the author of over 70 scientific works and has approximately 100 patents in 30 countries. In the past, Dr. Mazourik was the scientific and medical director of several scientific research projects. He has worked in the USA, Switzerland, France, Canada, Germany, and Ukraine and speaks six languages. Digestion and proper nutrition have been the focal points of much of Dr. Mazourik's research. He is an active participant in scientific programs that develop new generations of functional food designed to optimize the structure of human nutrition.
